1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapTally ("the Service"), operated by Frequency AI Ltd trading as Cashew Crate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapTally is a digital tally counter that allows you to create named counters, track counts, view trends via sparkline charts, and sync across devices. Counter data is stored locally in your browser and optionally synced to our secure cloud database.

3. Accounts

You may use SnapTally without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync and cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Free users can create up to 5 counters with 7-day sparkline history. Pro users get unlimited counters, CSV export, and an ad-free experience. Pricing is as displayed on the pricing page.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Polar. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. For refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the Service, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The SnapTally name, logo, and original code are property of Frequency AI Ltd. Your counter data and labels remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
